Dobie9 Library Vision Statement

The vision of the Dobie9 High School library is to promote life-long learning by providing an environment that fosters creativity, inquiry, and a love of reading.  The library creates this environment by:

• facilitating students’ exploration of their interests through reading materials, technology resources and activities at the library designed to create a love of inquiry and learning; and
• collaborating with teachers to create a positive learning environment in the library in order to promote information literacy and inquiry based learning.
